Brother Harry Waddingham of Sussex, widely regarded as the oldest Freemason in England and Wales, passed to the Grand Lodge Above at the age of 109. A Royal Navy veteran of Dunkirk and Crete, he served the Craft for over seventy decades and was installed as Worshipful Master at one hundred.
Over 500 Freemasons and guests gathered at Freemasons’ Hall for the Buckinghamshire Provincial Meeting — a day that also marked the first official assembly led by the new Provincial Grand Master.
