The French Rite is rich in chevalier culture.
Although Templarism was never included in the French Rite, we certainly carry a strong rosicrucian tradition in the 4th Order.
The first exposure to the chivalric degrees is through the 3rd Order, Knights of the East. Below is a beautiful older version of the apron of that Order.
They also have a green sash as part of their uniform.
