MWGM Brother Richard Naegele and his Grand Line presented Worshipful Master Rafael Rodriguez, PM and the brethren of Logia Sol Naciente Lodge No. 242 U.D., a dispensation to form a Spanish Speaking Lodge under the Grand Lodge of Maryland.
