Estudo Revela que 9% dos Juízes Portugueses Recorrem a Drogas e Álcool para Combater o Stress Um estudo académico, impulsionado pela Associação de Juízas Portuguesas e apoiado pelo Conselho Superior da Magistratura, revela que cerca de nove por cento dos juízes portugueses admitem o consumo de drogas, incluindo haxixe e cocaína, como forma de lidar com o stress profissional. Além disso, mais de onze por cento dos magistrados afirmam recorrer ao álcool para enfrentar as pressões da carreira. O estudo teve como objetivo avaliar o nível de stress ocupacional e 'burnout' em profissões forenses, envolvendo 690 profissionais, dos quais 342 eram juízes, 282 advogados e 66 procuradores. Os resultados indicam que os juízes são os que apresentam os maiores índices de stress no contexto das profissões forenses. Mauro Paulino, psicólogo forense envolvido no estudo, salienta que os juízes enfrentam uma perceção elevada de sobrecarga de trabalho, isolamento social associado às suas funções e recorrem a estratégias de enfrentamento menos saudáveis. O consumo de drogas e álcool como mecanismos de enfrentamento do stress foi mais prevalente entre os juízes do que entre os advogados e procuradores. Os juízes também são os que mais procuram apoio psicológico e psiquiátrico, refletindo uma necessidade de lidar com as pressões da carreira. No entanto, os advogados e procuradores demonstraram índices menores de consumo de bebidas alcoólicas e de substâncias ilícitas, com nenhum dos 66 procuradores a admitir o uso de drogas. Para os investigadores, esses resultados são alarmantes, destacando a fragilidade do sistema de justiça em relação à saúde mental e ao bem-estar profissional dos seus membros. Estudos futuros poderão explorar medidas para mitigar o stress ocupacional e promover um ambiente de trabalho mais saudável no setor da justiça em Portugal. El Grado de Past Venerable Maestro El Grado de Past Venerable Maestro, a diferencia de otros grados de la Francmasonería, no se destaca por sí mismo. Antiguamente, se otorgaba solo a los Venerables Maestros de las Logias para instruirlos en sus deberes hacia la Logia que presidían y para enseñar a los Hermanos sobre sus obligaciones hacia ellos. Sin embargo, en la Masonería del Real Arco, conferimos este grado no solo como un paso preliminar, sino también para protegernos contra la transgresión de nuestras obligaciones masónicas. El término "Past Master" solía aplicarse en el Gremio a quien había sido elegido e instalado como Maestro y había presidido una logia regular durante doce meses. Si bien generalmente no se consideraba un grado separado, en muchas Grandes Logias se otorgaba el grado honorario de Past Master como parte de la ceremonia de instalación. Este grado solía conferirse solo en presencia de otros Past Masters, y es el segundo en la serie del Capítulo, lo que dio origen a los términos "Past Master Real" y "Past Master Virtual". El último se refería a aquellos que habían recibido el grado en un Capítulo pero no habían sido elegidos ni habían servido como Maestros de Logia. Un Past Master Virtual no tenía derecho a ser reconocido por la Gran Logia como Past Master. Este grado es antiguo y se puede rastrear su uso desde 1774, donde se refería a alguien que "había pasado por la Silla a través de alguna ceremonia". La Constitución de la Gran Logia de Inglaterra de 1723 menciona a los Maestros instalados como aquellos que pasan por ciertas "significativas ceremonias". La antigüedad de este grado se remonta al nacimiento de la Francmasonería especulativa y su introducción en la Masonería del Real Arco se debió a la restricción original que limitaba la exaltación al Real Arco solo a los Past Masters de logias. Una antigua ley encontrada en la Harmony Lodge No. 52 de Filadelfia en 1799 establece que cualquier Hermano que no haya sido Past Master debe pagar catorce dólares, mientras que aquellos que ya lo eran pagaban solo ocho dólares para ser exaltados al Real Arco. Cuando el Real Arco se convirtió en un sistema separado y se crearon los Capítulos, el requisito de ser Past Master se mantuvo. Não há “o problema da Maçonaria” porque elas são várias e bem dispares, meu caro Pacheco Pereira. É evidente que não se pode ser expert em tudo e o Pacheco Pereira que é expert no PCP (não o sendo), visivelmente não é um expert quanto às Maçonarias! Por exemplo, não havia formalmente Maçonaria em Portugal em 1970 mas o meu pai viu o funeral pago pela Maçonaria. Nesse ano, o meu tio Oliveira Valença, ele também Maçon, Republicano e Socialista, o que releva a atividade na altura verdadeiramente clandestina da Maçonaria, sobrevivente ao golpe da lei fascista que ilegalizou; Fernando Pessoa e Norton de Matos denunciaram! Nesse tempo e após 48 anos de fascismo (aceite para vergonha delas pelas potencias ocidentais como se viu também na Grécia e nas Espanhas, que na altura ninguém via como una) é bem natural que tenha havido um tempo de unidade maçónica, mas que nunca noutro tempo aconteceu.. desde que há Maçonaria moderna em Portugal (porque também houve outra a Operativa, a construtora de Templos neste canto ocidental europeu). Vale a pena ler ‘Uma História da Maçonaria em Portugal’ de António Ventura, ou o variadíssimo material maçónico e esotérico do meu Mestre, José Manuel Anes, para entender enfim razoavelmente tal! Daí que seria essencial que qualquer lei se não queira fazer no luso parlamento, motivo de chacota global atendesse a tal, como devera atender às variadíssimas igrejas católicas existentes, além das restantes cristianíssimas (ou não) igrejas, que, por cá, e mundo fora pululam (como em algumas das católicas) com Mestres Maçons no seu seio. E pior teria de atender aos n Maçons adormecidos de Norte a Sul, de Leste a Oeste, deste país, de lusa e pagã origem e que continuam filosoficamente Maçons, se desencantaram e agem individualmente ou em Lojas Selvagens (eu estive adormecido de 1999 até à bem pouco tempo, mas nunca deixei de agir maçonicamente em todo esse tempo e é verdade que o fiz, assumindo publicamente a minha condição de Maçon; e, por tal, também assumi a luta do dr. His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh started his life in Freemasonry in 1952, at the age of 31. He was initiated into Navy Lodge, No 2612, on 5 December. On 6 March 1953, HRH Prince Philip progressed to the Second Degree of Freemasonry, before advancing to the Third Degree on 4 May 1953. The United Grand Lodge of England (UGLE) issued his Grand Lodge Certificate on 7 May that same year and he has remained a member to this day. R.I.P.
